Good Samaritan beaten to pulp with baseball bat while trying to stop a man from beating his dog

The alleged assailant, identified as Rubin Bartley, 34, is now facing severe charges, including attempted murder, after he reportedly bludgeoned a 35-year-old good Samaritan who had intervened in an attempt to prevent Bartley from abusing his dog, a female Doberman. According to the police report, Bartley was observed mercilessly beating his Doberman, a female from the Doberman breed, prompting the concerned good Samaritan to intervene. However, his act of compassion took a nightmarish turn as Bartley allegedly knocked the individual to the ground in response to his interference.

The confrontation escalated further when Bartley returned to his vehicle and retrieved a wooden bat.
