Popular Nollywood Actress, Beverly Naya has taken to her social media handle to express her excitement over the recently concluded presidential election in Lagos State, which saw the candidate of the Labour Party, Peter Obi, emerge victorious over the All Progressives Congress (APC) candidate, Bola Tinubu.

In a tweet shared by the actress, she commended Lagosians for their massive turnout during the polls, describing it as a testament to their collective resolve to ensure that justice is served, particularly in the wake of the #EndSARS protest that rocked the nation in 2020. She further noted that the incumbent Governor and candidate of the APC, Babajide Sanwo-Olu, is currently “shaking” over the outcome of the election.

Beverly Naya’s tweet reads: “Lagosians showed up and showed out, this victory is for 20.10.20. We didn’t forget and will never forget. The people have spoken, and Sanwo Olu is definitely shaking right now.”
