Ogah further emphasized that Nigeria should take precedence over individual ambitions and that all political actors must prioritize the nation’s well-being. He reiterated that whoever occupies a position of power deserves support until a court or divine intervention determines otherwise. Ogah stressed that Nigeria is more important than any individual or party, including himself, and urged everyone to unite for the country’s progress.
In the context of the presidential election, it is worth noting that Peter Obi and the candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Atiku Abubakar, alongside their parties, are challenging Tinubu’s victory at the Presidential Election Petition Tribunal in Abuja. This legal process will determine the final outcome of the election and potentially impact the direction of the country’s governance.
Amobi Ogah’s message to Peter Obi centers around the need for unity and support for the elected government, regardless of individual political affiliations. He emphasizes the importance of prioritizing Nigeria’s interests above personal ambitions and urges Obi to consider the greater good for the nation.
