PHOTOS: Britney Spears goes fully n@ked on social media following the release of her explosive tell-all

Britney Spears, the renowned American singer, has continued to be candid about her experiences, even after the release of her revealing memoir, “The Woman In Me.”

Taking to Instagram, the 41-year-old artist shared a striking photo of herself on the beach, exuding confidence as she flaunted her pert derriere. This bold move comes in the wake of her long-awaited memoir’s release, where she delved into the profound challenges she faced during her 13-year conservatorship.

In “The Woman In Me,” Britney Spears opened up about the stringent dietary restrictions imposed on her by her father, Jamie Spears, for a two-year period. The diet was notably limited to chicken and canned vegetables, and it was initiated during her conservatorship. She disclosed how she would plead with her butler for ‘real food’ during this time.

The singer asserted that her father, who had been appointed as the conservator of her finances and personal life in 2008, initiated the diet by constantly criticizing her appearance and telling her she looked ‘fat.’

Britney shared her feelings during this period, admitting, “I felt scared,” and openly expressed the misery she endured. For two years, she was compelled to consume almost nothing but chicken and canned vegetables, which she found to be a long and arduous ordeal. She emphasized the psychological toll it took on her, considering that her body and her art were the sources of income that supported everyone around her.

Deprived of simple pleasures like french fries and constantly denied her culinary preferences, Britney found the experience degrading. She highlighted how her father’s actions impacted her self-esteem, making her feel unattractive and inadequate.

Britney delved into the profound impact of thoughts on one’s self-image, expressing her belief that thoughts can shape one’s identity, asserting, “whatever you think you are, you become.”

In her memoir, she also revealed how she ultimately succumbed to doing whatever her father desired, as she felt “beaten down” by the situation. Britney’s continued openness sheds light on the challenges she faced during her conservatorship and the resilience it took for her to reclaim her life and independence.
